And any customer who visits this site and place any order(s) agree to all terms, conditions, policies and notices set out below. Shipment Terms:
1. For all the local (Hong Kong) orders, the purchased items will be shipped out by SF Express (For more details, please visit www.sf-express.com/hk/en/) no matter if it is a free shipping or freight collect item.If the parcel is delivered to some special warehousing points, such as Warehouse, Logistics Center, Airport, Terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center, AsiaWorld-Expo, there may be an additional HKD300 special fee charged by SF Express. All the special fees caused by shipping to special warehouse addresses will be paid by the recipient.
2. Once the product had been shipped. The ownership of the product will be transferred to buyer, if the product is detained during delivery, buyer should bear the responsibility.
3. After completing the ordering process, Buyers are committing to responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or import documents required to ship the ordered products. If the product is shipped to a region or country out of Hong Kong, as the above charges and document applications are determined according to the laws of the destination, HEROCROSS will not bear any legal responsibility for the above fees and document application procedures.
4. Due to the payment of surcharges, taxes, or registration of the relevant products with the destination of the shipment or application for import licenses, etc., by the import laws of the local country, HEROCROSS must report the value of the product outside the package and the product contained therein. Details are used for customs clearance. If you have any questions about import duties and laws in the region or country concerned, please contact the local customs.
5. If the product is finally returned by the customs, its ownership will be transferred back to HEROCROSS, and this website will charge shipping and additional costs to make up for the loss.
